1. Who we are

Metatron Mothership is operated by MetatronMothership LLC. Questions: metatronmothership@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you take a free reading: your date of birth; your first name, if you give it; the focus you select (for example “love” or “career”); and for dream readings, the dream you describe in your own words, which we use to produce your reading and do not keep it — we store only the symbols your dream matched, never what you wrote. If you choose to join our email list, your email address.

When you join the mothership: your email address, your date of birth, your sex, and — if you choose to provide them — your full name, your time of birth, and your city of birth.

Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the service, and anonymized analytics on how the site is used — see §4.

We never collect or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own systems.

3. Why we collect it

Your date of birth and the other details you give us are the direct inputs to your readings. This produces the same result every time for the twelve free disciplines. Your weekly synthesis is different — it’s written by an AI model once per week and stays stable for you that week, but it isn’t reproducible the same way: two people with identical details won’t get identical wording. Your email is used to send you your reading(s) and messages about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand in aggregate how the site is used — for example, which pages people visit and where they leave. We do not record sessions, and we do not use cookies or browser storage for this: PostHog runs in a cookieless mode, and your IP address is not stored with analytics data. This means we don’t build a profile of you across visits or devices.

5. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make Metatron Mothership work: Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery of your readings), our hosting and storage providers, PostHog (analytics, §4), and an AI provider that generates the written narrative of your weekly reading. Each processes your data only to provide that service to us. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your profile and reading history while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days. Stripe retains its own records of payments for as long as financial law requires, and we cannot delete those.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to: send you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it. Email metatronmothership@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your data ends your access to the service. If you joined our free email list, every email includes a one-click link. Following it unsubscribes you immediately and deletes the record we hold on you — straight away if you confirm on the page it takes you to, and automatically within 72 hours if you do not.

8. Your rights depending on where you live

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information. Exercise any of these rights at metatronmothership@gmail.com; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

9. Children

Metatron Mothership is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you’re under 13, your free reading still works, but please don’t join our email list — we don’t knowingly store an email address from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact metatronmothership@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Security

We protect your information with appropriate technical measures, including encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure.

11. Changes

We will post changes here and notify members by email of material ones.
