Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay

$11.11 per month, or $106.56 per year ($8.88 per month.)

You are charged when you subscribe. Billing recurs on the same date each month, or each year on the annual plan, until you cancel. You will be charged the amount shown, on the schedule shown, until you cancel — this recurs automatically.

There is no free trial and no introductory price. The price you see at checkout is the price you are charged, immediately and at every renewal.

Before every charge

We email you at least three days before every monthly charge, and at least 30 days before an annual renewal. Not just the first one. If you do not want the charge, you have time to cancel before it happens.

On the annual plan you get both — one email a month before the renewal, and another three days before it.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account — two clicks, no phone call, no email required. You can also email metatronmothership@gmail.com.

Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Cancelling does not delete anything. Your readings stay in your Record while your account exists. Deleting your account is a separate, explicit thing you ask for.

Refunds

If something did not work — you paid and did not get access, or your weekly reading did not arrive — tell us at metatronmothership@gmail.com. We will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, regardless of how long ago you paid.

Monthly: email us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no reason required.

Annual: email us within 14 days of an annual charge and we refund it in full. After 14 days we refund the unused whole months on request.

If you paid the entrance fee (retired)

Metatron Mothership used to sell a one-time $11.11 entrance. It is no longer sold.

If you paid it, you keep full access to all twelve readings, permanently, at no further charge. You do not have a subscription and you will never be billed. Nothing is required from you.

Price changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, with time to cancel before it takes effect.

How refunds arrive

To the original card, via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. We will almost certainly resolve it faster than your bank will, and we would rather refund you than have you fight for it.
