1. Who we are

Metatron Mothership is operated by MetatronMothership LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using Metatron Mothership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Metatron Mothership is

Metatron Mothership produces readings drawn from twelve traditional divination systems. It is entertainment. Readings are generated by software from the information you provide. They are not advice of any kind, and §3 explains that in full.

3. What Metatron Mothership is not

Metatron Mothership does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice, and nothing it produces should be treated as any of those things. Do not use a reading to make a decision about your health, your money, your legal situation, or your safety. If you need advice in any of those areas, consult a qualified professional.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.

5. Your account and the information you give us

You give us a birth date and, depending on the reading, other details. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with it.

6. Purchases, access, and what we owe you

Access to Metatron Mothership is a subscription: $11.11 per month, or $106.56 per year ($8.88 per month). You are charged when you subscribe, and on the same date each period until you cancel. There is no free trial and no introductory price. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. If you pay and access is not delivered, we will either fix it or refund you in full. Contact us at metatronmothership@gmail.com.

Metatron Mothership previously sold a one-time $11.11 entrance. It is no longer sold. If you paid it, you keep full access to all twelve readings, permanently, at no further charge, and you will never be billed.

7. Subscriptions

Your subscription recurs automatically until you cancel. We email you at least three days before every monthly charge, and at least 30 days before an annual renewal. You can cancel any time from your account in two clicks, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. 9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not resell or redistribute readings as your own product.

10. Our content

The readings, the interpretive text, the software and the brand are ours. Your reading is yours to keep and use personally.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Metatron Mothership running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Metatron Mothership is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of a reading. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to members before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause removes any protection the mandatory law of your own state or country gives you that cannot be waived by contract.
